These terms apply to all bookings, inquiries, and services provided by Go Goa Travel Planner.
By accessing our website or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
To confirm a booking, a partial or full payment may be required in advance.
Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or online transfers.
Prices mentioned on the website (including for scuba diving in Goa, Grand Island trips, parasailing in Goa, and other water sports in Goa) are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal variations or operational requirements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity or in case of no-shows.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions. In such cases, alternate dates or refunds will be offered.

Safety & Responsibility

All adventure activities (e.g., scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing) involve a level of risk. Customers must follow all safety instructions given by the instructors or guides.
Go Goa Travel Planner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activities unless caused directly by our negligence.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely take part in any activity.

Travel Documents & Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to carry valid identification and any necessary permits or documents required for participation in activities or travel.

Use of Website

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and pricing, is the property of Go Goa Travel Planner. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information at all times and reserve the right to update or modify content without notice.
